Scott Blevins at the State Capitol

On July 8th, 2009 the president of Mountain Valley Express, Scott Blevins attended the State Assembly hearing in Sacramento at the state capitol. On the agenda was the topic of 'Keeping Jobs in California'.

Scott and others were in front of the ten assembly members of which represent the many different districts of our state. Scott testified to the fact that companies are overregulated here in California and need relief NOW. There were also nine other business owners there testifying regarding their Environmental Compliance issues with manufacturing and small businesses. Scott says that the State Legislature claims that they want to help businesses stay in California, and they do not want to continue to drive businesses away.

Mountain Valley Express' voice was heard loud and clear at the state capitol according to Scott, and we will continue to keep a close eye out for the relief that they promised to work toward.
